Senior Management has the ultimate responsibility for initiating, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and this Quality Policy, ensuring Cubis Systems delivers on its commitments to our workers, customers, and other relevant interested parties, while addressing organisational risks and opportunities and considering internal and external business context.
Every worker of Cubis Systems has a responsibility to ensure that the intentions of this policy statement are understood, applied, and maintained within their area of responsibility, and to understand the consequences of not conforming to QMS requirements.
To achieve this, Cubis Systems will:

▪Drive continual improvement of the Quality Management System through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology.
