Our P5 Plastic Pits are manufactured by a rotational moulding process using black ultraviolet light stabilised high-density polyethene material and meet the stringent requirements for installation and long-term use.

A Range of Cover Options Available

Class A and B covers are available for MONObox™ P5 Plastic Pit. Including concrete, composite, cast iron and GMS cover options.

Material

High-Density Polyethylene - HDPE MONObox™ plastic pits are manufactured by a rotational moulding process using black ultraviolet light stabilised high-density polyethylene material and have been developed in partnership with industry and major authorities to ensure they meet the stringent requirements for installation and long-term use.

Australian Standards

Our MONObox™ plastic pits are designed and tested for Class A applications, under the Australian Standard AS/NZ 3996.

Load Rating

Manufactured to a Class B load rating (ultimate limit state design load of 10kN) under the Australian Standard AS/NZ 3996. Pits can be rated up to Class B when backfilled with crushed rock or stabilised sand with internal PVC pipe support.
